Suitable attireWear trainers, loose trousers and top (e.g. tracksuit, jogging bottoms, leggings, vest or T-shirt) Bring a towel and (if you like) a scarf to tie around your hips. This can be any scarf, any colour, in order to monitor hip movement despite loose trousers!
